We understand purchases don’t always work out. Items may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt of shipment provided items are in sellable condition.
Items cannot be returned if -
- Items have been altered, damaged, or mishandled
- Items are custom-made at time of sale
- Items are marked as non-returnable, non-refundable sale
- Items have been installed or show signs of installation
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. When the returned item is received, EcoGreen America will inspect the product to determine the condition of the item and the refund amount given to the customer.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
You can reach out to us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or using our chat function on the website to request a return authorization. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, whether it is a shipping label or freight truck expenses. Pre-paid return labels will be provided when the seller or manufacturer causes an error - on a case by case basis.
HOW TO PACKAGE AND SHIP YOUR RETURN:
Small Parcel Returns (FedEx, UPS, USPS) -
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping wrap. Print the provided Return Number and Return Address label included in the email and attach it to the box. Visit your local FedEx or UPS store to ship the item back to us. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Truck Delivery Returns (Less than Truckload - freight deliveries, truck and trailer deliveries) -
Large items (rolls over 8 feet in any width or length) need to be returned via freight truck. You will need to be present at the time of the pickup appointment, and you will also be responsible for loading the product into the freight truck.
