I started with nothing but a mat. A few weeks in, I added resistance bands and one dumbbell. It really helped make things more challenging without turning my room into a gym.

Hi! I started using the MadMuscles app quite recently and I want to understand how to better track my personal progress and maintain motivation over the long term. Does the app help me in this regard specifically in terms of visible results, goal setting and analyzing mistakes? Were there moments when motivation dropped, and what exactly brought you back to training via MadMuscles?
I am not a fan of big goals and like small steps. In MadMuscles, my goal was to maintain 3-4 workouts per week for 2 months. Motivation is maintained by seeing regular progress in strength and endurance at the level of each exercise; I am also pleased with the weekly results and the ability to compare myself with the past.

Is it really possible to make progress with home workouts if you don’t have any gym equipment? I’m wondering if I need to buy anything extra to stay motivated and avoid boring routines. If anyone has tips or alternatives for home setups, I’d appreciate it.
I started with just a towel and some space - it worked at first, but got boring fast 😅. I grabbed a set of resistance bands and later some dumbbells . That small upgrade made workouts feel way more effective without taking up much room 🧘♂️.
Advertising a new program in MadMuscles Tai Chi and light training. What do you think of this format and how does it help you in terms of rest, recovery and overall fitness?
Please, help!! I can't pay and activate access to MadMuscles subscription features. How long does it take to process a payment, why does the app constantly show the error Subscription unavailable
and the charges are made to my account, but the subscription is not activated in the app? I made an order through App Store, but the subscription status on the mobile emains empty. What should I do to avoid losing access to workouts and paying twice?
At first I thought it was an app issue, but eventually I solved the problem through support, Contact them and they will help u in 24 hours 🙂

I saw an ad and decided to give it a try. Before, the focus was on strength and cardio, but here it sounds completely different - more attention to breathing, smoothness and balance. The tai chi program turned out to be unexpectedly useful: slow movements help relieve muscle tension after hard training and allow you to focus on technique 🌿

Dear participants, could you tell me what workout types of training you prefer the most? I'm interested in hearing the opinions of others. Maybe I'll reconsider my views
Personally, I like Tai Chi 🌿 as a way to combine breathing work and moderate physical activity. This format helps me slow down, release stress after a long day at work, and at the same time maintain mobility and flexibility. It feels like a mindful pause that harmoniously complements my other types of training 🧘♂️.
Ooo, I love strength training too. I'm glad there's a fellow fan among us. In my opinion, it's the best thing ever!!!

At first I was hesitant because I thought: this is not for me, because I like dynamics. The ad pushed me to try it, and now I understand that the program really has its place in my schedule
I'm not a fan of slow movements by default

check the status in the store, then re-enter the application and update the profile; if it does not help, try to write off again through the same payment place and re-link the subscription in the MadMuscles settings.
In the end, I solved everything through support - they helped quickly, it turned out that I just needed to go to the subscription section through the App Store and confirm activation there. Thank u all for the help!

I like the endurance and calisthenics format combined with controlled progression. As someone who works on endurance, I appreciate the cyclicality: one week focusing on reps and movement league, the next - on strength and body control.
The workouts were doable and the meal guides actually made sense, not crazy restrictive. To keep consistent, I used https://www.gymstracker.com/ to find a gym close to my flat and check what equipment they had—it made fitting sessions in way easier.
Hey everyone, I came across this forum while searching for advice and hope you can help. I'm trying to pick a workout plan focused on fat loss and toning rather than building a lot of muscle. I've been looking at apps like MadMuscles and FitBod, but many seem geared toward muscle gain. For those with similar goals, did you get better results with cardio/HIIT or a mix that includes strength training too?
A mix worked best for me - about 3 strength sessions and 2 cardio days per week. Pure HIIT exhausted me fast. Strength training boosted my metabolism a lot more than I expected.
If you want a toned look, definitely keep strength training in. You won't bulk accidentally. MadMuscles actually lets you select fat loss as your goal and adjusts the plan. I usually do full-body strength, a couple of HIIT sessions, and daily walking.
My work schedule changes a lot - some days I’m on my feet for 10 hours, other days I barely find 20 minutes. Because of that, I keep falling off my workout routine. Has anyone figured out how to stay consistent when your schedule is all over the place?
I had the same issue. What helped was switching to 20–30 minute sessions and not trying to “make up” missed days. MadMuscles made it easier because I set shorter workouts and still stayed consistent. Small sessions add up fast.
