  • I adore cardio and more dynamic workouts so I just adjusted my plan to skip the strenth classes

  • Jerry Tompson (@jerrytompson):
same with me. but after a couple of workuts, it becomes more difficult by default. maybe there's no need to change, just wait a bit

did workouts also seem too easy for you at first?

yeeeah, I was afraid that it'd be so all the time but then I noticed that it increases the intensity with every training session

  • I have not so much experience with sport activites, so for me it was totally okay

  • true, I thought at first that it was only a warm-up and was waiting for the main workout :D

  • It's actually optional to follow a personalized plan or not. as for me, I like to try out different programs during the week. Yoga on Mondays and Wednesdays, strength ones on Tuesdays and Sundays

  • Hi guys! I need your advice. I want to start doing home workouts because I don't like crowded gyms, and it's kinda expensive for me right now. I already downloaded MadMuscles, but now I understand that I have a problem. Where to find a training space? I live in a small apartment full of my staff. In my head, home workouts are created for people with big houses with a backyard. So, could you share how you manage to find some place for training? Did you buy any additional equipment?

  • I live in a tiny studio, so I totally get the space issue. I just move my coffee table to the side and roll out a yoga mat. It’s maybe a 2×2 meter space, but ienough for most workouts

  • I bought a pair of dumbbells and resistance bands. They don’t take much space and really help make workouts harder. I just train next to my bed and thinking to buy a mat as the floor is kinda slippery

  • as an olf folk here, I started years ago with zero equipment, just a rug and bodyweight exercises. After a month I added resistance bands, as they’re cheap, easy to store, and make workouts muuuuch harder

  • I didn’t buy much equipment, just a mat and a pair of dumbbells. I clear a small area in my living room before workouts. sfter that everything goes back. also can be an additional cleaning session of dust under a sofa :D
