Can I return my artificial grass if it has already been installed?

Are there guidelines to what can and cannot be returned? Can I return a product if it has already been installed?

Unfortunately, we won’t take returns on artificial grass products that have been installed. We strongly recommend all customers to inspect the turf products after the my receive them and before the installation.
