Will my cat prefer the Megapet over her litter box?

This is an interesting question, and it really has to depend on the cats: I know for a fact that most of cats will get used to a typical litter box without any issues, but I am sure that we can and should say that cats will prefer artificial grass over litter box as we don’t have any data or experiences on that.
