Can you put the Megapet in a bird cage?

MegaPet artificial turf is perfectly safe for your bird, however, I am a bit concerned that using it in the bird cage might not be a good idea as you will have to spend time to cleaning it, even though all you need to do is taking out the pieces and rinse clean it. If you don’t mind of doing the cleanings often, there won’t be any other concerns of using turf for your bird cage.
