How bright is the Golf light set?

Is it bright enough to see the holes at night from far away? Do they stay on forever?

The putting green cup light needs to be installed under the golf cup and shining through the cup. There are two different types of light bulbs used for the light fixture: halogen or LED, they both give off decent amount of light, definitely sufficient for people to be on the putting greens. Normally, people use a switch or timer to control these golf cup lights so they only turn on during the dark time.
