For a lot of front yard applications, since traffics and usages are limited, many people just leave the artificial grass alone and never need to do anything about it for years. From time to time, you might need to get rid of the debris or leaves off your artificial grass lawn, you can simply use a garden broom or blower or spray with garden hose.
For areas with more traffics or usages, you might need to use push broom or power washer to bring up the blades when you see them start laying down. Again, to clean up your artificial grass, regular garden hose will do the job just fine.
