What is stitch rate?

Is this the amount of blades? Or the number of blades in a whole patch of artificial grass? Thanks.

Thanks for your question. Stitch Rate of artificial grass is just how much the yarn weighs (including the thatch and grass blades) in one square yard of synthetic turf. Stitch Rate doesn't include infill or backing, however. Hope this helps!
