What's the difference between light traffic and heavy turf traffic?

It is kind of hard to determine the exact difference between light traffic and heavy traffic on an artificial grass surface. To put in perspective, typically a house’s front yard usage is considered as light and backyard to be heavy: more activities or less. Of course different household might have different usages on their yards, to be more of timing concerns, it is considered as lighter traffic if turf is used less than 2 hours a day, more than two hours will be moderate or heavy if more than 4 hours.
