Huge lawn; Help me calculate materials?

So, I’m completing a 2100 SQFT Turf install shortly. I need to work up a material list with the correct amounts as her brother is buying it.

Can yall help?

Measure the area (divide irregular shapes into sections).
Calculate square footage and add 5–10% for waste.
Determine turf rolls (usually 15 ft wide).
Include extras: sub-base, weed membrane, adhesive, and infill.
