Any tips for preparing drainage on a 15x20 yard before installation?
The way to build a sub base for artificial grass to properly drain is very straightforward and not difficult. All you need to do is to excavate about 4” of soil and use about 2-1/2” of drain rock compacted at 90% as the main drainage base, then on top of it use 1-1/2” of decomposed granite or equal to provide a more solid and smooth surface to lay the turf onto. You can find a lot of installation tips and techniques from this YouTube channel including how to build drainage base: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfhiMWU7Avyvd594wAqCt_g.
