Is it cheaper to install a 15x5 Megalawn with nails or glue?

I am not sure that you will need the glue for a 15’x5’ piece of artificial grass unless the turf is permanently installed on a solid surface such as concrete or hardwood floors. For most common outdoor installations, you will not need glue unless for the seaming purpose, most likely you will need the nails for outdoor installations regardless: nails should be used along the edges of the turf. As far as the costs, neither nails nor glues are not expensive to start with, and I am not sure cost should be a consideration for your decision making, you will need to choose either one of them based on your installation.
