What preparations should I make prior to installing artificial grass? Is there any prep work that is needed beforehand?
Artificial grass installations can be complicated and require some experiences. If you are replacing your current real grass lawn with the artificial turf, you need to first remove the existing lawn: while removing it, you would like to excavated the soil to about 4” deep. After the removal, you should start preparing the sub base for your artificial grass by using crushed rocks and decomposed granites for future drainage and smooth surfaces to lay your turf.
