It will depend on what carrier to handle the artificial grass shipment. Turf is a special type of product which is long and bulky and difficult to handle if the shipping companies are not specialized with this type of products. It will typically require the transportation companies to have carpet pole attachment on their forklift in order to move the turf rolls properly. Shipping companies without such pole attachment can easily damage the turf. Therefore, we only use shipping companies who are specialized with turf products, and the damage rate is very low.
