Which shipping services do you use?

Which shipper do you guys use? Who incurs the shipping charges? Are there any instances where I get free shipping?

It depends on the sizes of the artificial grass you ordered. For bigger sized turf, we use LTL freight forwarders who specialized with broadloom products such as artificial grass. Depending on your locations, the shipping can take from couple days to more than a week. I will be a good idea that you can contact us for an ETA once your order is processed.
Of if you live close by one of our distribution centers, you can always will call your order.
For smaller pieces, we can use common carriers such as FedEx, ups or usps.
