Hello, my first time to post here. I’ve been reading everyone’s post and learning along the way. I noticed that in most car accident posts, there are thoughts about when lawyers are recommended to be involved. Can you please clarify when that is and what that is dependent on? Is it dependent on extent of injury, who’s involved (someone with no insurance, involves kids etc), other things?
I was in a car accident with my minor son months ago. T-boned in fact. Since it was my first time to go through this (luckily), I hired a lawyer to represent me and my son.
