Have urinary wraps made caregiving easier for anyone?

I've been helping care for an older family member who has male urinary incontinence, and one thing I've learned is that even small improvements in daily care can make a huge difference for both the patient and the caregiver.

Recently I started reading about incontinence penile wrap as an alternative to some of the more traditional continence products. They seem like they could make changes quicker, reduce laundry, and help the person being cared for feel a bit more comfortable and independent.

For those who have experience with them, have they actually made everyday caregiving easier? I'm especially interested in things like overnight use, trips outside the house, skin comfort, and whether they save time compared with other options.
