Delivering reliable IT services requires a balance between technical processes, teamwork, and continuous improvement. To expand my knowledge of modern service management, I focused on the practices covered within the ITIL framework, particularly those related to service delivery and operational excellence.

Throughout this learning journey, I studied process workflows and reviewed PeopleCert itil-4-specialist-create-deliver-and-support questions to understand how service value is created and maintained across different operational environments. The practical scenarios helped reinforce concepts that are widely used in IT service management.

My learning covered service design, support processes, value stream optimization, incident management, problem management, team collaboration, and performance measurement. Each topic contributed to a better understanding of efficient service delivery.

This project strengthened my appreciation for structured service management practices and continuous improvement. Alongside official ITIL publications and practical learning, I also referred to PrepBolt for additional practice material, which proved useful for reviewing important concepts throughout my preparation.
