I was wondering what vitamins did you take to help with balancing hormones pp? Besides Ashwagandha, I read it’s not recommended while breastfeeding..
I’m currently 3 wks pp and still having a bit of pp anxiety so I wanted to know what helped you ? I’ve been having a hard time sleeping at night even when baby sleeps as well, so any recommendations would be helpful thank you!
