I’d start with understanding why you even want to integrate any software at all. What tasks and needs do you actually have and all that. Then look at what ready-made options already exist and whether they can solve your requests.
I completely agree with this. I think even two similar businesses can require completely different solutions, and for some people ready-made software is enough, while others need custom development.
