Problems with calls

  • Hi, my employees are complaining that their pay is low. Their pay is low because they’re paid by the hour for calls, but there aren’t many calls since they keep getting disconnected. Is there a way to predict whether a customer needs our service or not?

  • Hi. There’s a feature called Predictive Dialing. It dials the number automatically, skips all that nonsense, and connects the agent only when someone is actually on the line.
