  • Guys, how do you deal with this mess when managers spend half the day just hearing no answer, busy, and long beeps? They sit there clicking manually, and the results are about as impressive as my paycheck after the holidays. I’m seriously thinking about automating this in a smart way so they can actually talk to people instead of calling into thin air. Any decent options?
