I’ve been working with some Hindi typing content recently, and I keep facing the same issue. The text looks perfectly fine while typing in KrutiDev on my system, but when I paste it into a website or share it with someone, it turns into unreadable characters.
After doing a bit of research, I found that the problem is related to encoding. KrutiDev is a legacy font and not based on Unicode, which means it only works properly if the same font is installed on the device where the text is being viewed.
To fix this, I started converting my text from Krutidev to unicode by using this website https://krutidev-to-unicode.com/ before using it online. Once converted, the content becomes readable across all devices, browsers, and platforms without any issues.
This small step has made a big difference for me when sharing or publishing Hindi content.
Has anyone else faced this issue?
