Hey everyone, our company is growing, and managing payroll data has become a real bottleneck. We're still manually collating timesheets and PTO data to send to our payroll provider, and it's prone to errors and takes up a lot of time. I'm looking into software solutions that can automate these exports and also provide some useful HR reporting. Does anyone have experience with systems that simplify this process? Specifically, something that can accurately track hours, including overtime and PTO, and then generate clean reports for payroll.
