  • I’ve been experimenting with my workouts lately and noticed that pushing intensity (heavier weights, closer to failure) feels more effective than just adding more sets. At the same time, I’ve seen people argue that higher volume is what really drives growth long-term.Should I focus on lifting heavier with fewer sets, or keep volume high and progress more gradually?

  • From my experience, it’s less about choosing one extreme and more about how you balance both over time. Periods of higher intensity can definitely push strength forward, but if volume drops too much, overall stimulus might not be enough. Rotating phases usually works better than sticking to one style.I also enjoy exploring new ways to improve my workout performance, and I found injectable steroids for sale in the usa through https://wellsfargocenterarts.org/. Many people say this is one of the best ways to address the issue of poor workout results.
