You first need to export your email from Thunderbird as EML files to convert EML files from Thunderbird to PST. But ensures that Thunderbird is closed during conversion as open files can cause errors. Since Outlook can’t open EML files, you require a tool to create a PST file. I used DataVare EML to PST Converter, which completed the process without any effort. It converted EML files into PST that Outlook supports. I'd also recommend making a copy of your original EML files in case you need to check something again later.
