What is your go to cooking style when your wife heads off to visit family?

When I’m on my own, I keep it simple and low effort. Lots of pan meals, one tray in the oven, or grilling if the weather’s decent. I try to stick to healthy food most days so I don’t feel like garbage by the time she’s back.
