Overloaded with assignments how do you stay on track

Lately I have been struggling to keep up with multiple essays and deadlines. Even when I plan ahead I still feel rushed at the end and my writing does not always reflect the effort I put in. I understand the topics, but organizing everything into a clear and well structured paper is where I get stuck.

I know students handle this in different ways. Some rely only on outlines and multiple drafts, while others use writing tools for grammar checks, planning, or getting started. I have heard mixed opinions about tools like Grammarly, AI assistants, and platforms such as MyEssayWriter.ai, so I am unsure what actually helps versus what adds more confusion.

For those who have managed heavy workloads before, what made the biggest difference for you? Was it changing how you plan your time, using certain tools, or breaking work into smaller steps? I would appreciate hearing what has worked for others when trying to balance quality and deadlines.
