  • I'm having some rotator cuff pain. I'm playing more golf than I have in a long time (yay!), but starting to see some pain in my rotator cuff. Doctor neighbor says lighten the irons up, and I believe the guy. In his defense, he's a great golfer and the timing of this pain is no coincidence; I added some weight to my irons last year with Project X 6.5's. Really like that shaft because I'm a spinny player, but that shaft doesn't allow for much relief. I can't keep getting after it or I'm going to have some real issues down the road. And frankly, golf is less fun right now because my shoulder hurts.

Sob story out of the way: I need to dial back the weight and my swing speed needs to slow up while this heals, and maybe forever so it doesn't come back. Shafts are 125g near as I can tell. Based on a bunch of research on this forum and the googles (even Chat GPT because....why not), looks like the MMT or the steelfiber i110 would be good options.

    What options am I missing?

Eventually I will get re-fit, but there are no fitters close by and I just want to let this pain settle, get into a less aggressive transition, then get re-fit. I have a feeling I'm headed down the path of never returning back to normal power and swing speed, so getting some graphite going now will allow me to settle in. To boot; I don't mind experimenting for the heck of it.

    Welcome your expertise and experience.

  • Late to the party, but I’m curious if anyone here has actually tried THCV isolate in larger formulations. The price range looks decent for bulk buyers, but I’m wondering how it blends with other cannabinoids in terms of taste and stability. If anyone has hands-on experience with mixing or dosing it in wellness products, I’d love to hear how it turned out.

  • If you’re trying to give your wellness line a bit more kick without drifting into anything trippy, I’ve had good luck checking out bulk thcv isolate as a clean add‑in. The 98 percent purity and steady lab results make it easy to work with for supplements or edibles, and the bigger sizes help keep costs from creeping up.
