We would like to arrive three days early in Singapore, prior to our January 2026 cruise in the Diamond Princess. Looking for hotel suggestions, $150-$250/night, 4 or 5 Star, convenient to the cruise terminal, taxi ride ok, things to see, etc. No I don’t need to spend $29 on Singapore Sling. May stay there upon our completion of the cruise.

We just returned from a stay at Pan Pacific, Singapore on Raffles Blvd. A little more expensive though.

We stayed near Clarke Quay for a few nights after our cruise—it was easy to get around and lots of food nearby. One of the couples we met onboard mentioned they had a great stay at https://www.novotelsurfersparadise.com.au , and the location worked well for them since they wanted something close to shopping and public transport. Might be worth checking out depending on your plans before or after the cruise.
