I recently found a pretty cool WWI yard long photo.

I recently picked up this WWI armored yard long photo and it’s the coolest one I have ever found by quite a bit in my time collecting militaria. The photographer was located in Baltimore so I assume the photo may have been taken at APG but I really have no clue. I am hoping that a fellow form member can possibly ID the unit my the marking on the tanks. Any help is appreciated!

I’ve had luck finding more info by zooming in on signage or insignia in the photo, then cross-checking those details with unit rosters or base locations during that timeframe.

I had something similar and ended up scanning it in sections, then stitched it together digitally. Looked great once printed. I also loaded the final image onto my https://www.nixplay.com/ frame so it rotates with some other family military photos—cool way to keep it visible without taking up wall space.
