  • Has anyone here ever completely lost track of a client because their DMs got out of hand? I had this one where I was juggling three big leads at the same time, and I realized I replied to some late and missed a follow-up entirely. Felt awful because it was an important client, and I just couldn’t keep all the messages straight. How do you guys manage this without constantly stressing over every ping?

  • Honestly, sometimes I find that even outside work, keeping multiple chats organized is a nightmare. I try to set reminders for important stuff and archive messages I’ve already handled. It’s weird how quickly small, unorganized tasks can pile up and make everything feel overwhelming, even if you’re normally pretty on top of things. A little system can save a ton of mental energy, even if it’s just a simple checklist.

  • I’ve been there so many times! At one point, I literally missed a client’s DM for a week because my Instagram inbox was a mess. What helped me was setting up a system to organize everything better, like using tools to track conversations and deadlines. If you want, check out https://nethunt.com/blog/instagram-crm/ it shows how to manage social DMs more smoothly without letting messages slip through the cracks. Seriously changed how I handle leads.
