Realistic golf feel at home

Has anyone managed to make their home setup feel close to playing an actual round? I’m not talking about mini training nets, I mean the full experience — realistic ball flight, data tracking, and visuals. I’m considering getting a home simulator but not sure which ones are worth it without going full commercial-grade.

I’ve tested a few over the years, and the one that really nailed the realistic feel was from this store. What I liked is that they offer complete bundles — you don’t have to mix and match mats, screens, and monitors yourself. Their setup guide was straightforward too, which helps if you’re not super techy. The visuals are so good it almost tricks you into forgetting you’re inside. It’s not cheap, but the accuracy and experience make it worth it long-term.

My neighbor set one up in his basement, and now his place is basically our weekend hangout. It’s crazy how immersive these things have gotten — even putting practice feels legit when the floor’s leveled right.
