• I recently became interested in real estate investing and bought my first small rental apartment. This article really helped me understand the basic principles, especially in terms of calculating returns and risks. I understand the importance of thinking long-term rather than expecting quick profits. Thanks for the helpful information!

 • I normally eat breakfast to get the yucky taste of my meds out of my mouth, but if I drink something I suppose I could skip it. Lunch is skippable too, dinner not so much.

 • Dinner's the one meal I can’t go without — it just feels weird ending the day hungry. If I’m too tired to cook, I’ll check out https://missmimelbourne.com.au/ and grab something quick and filling. There are so many great food spots here, so it’s easy to find something no matter what I’m craving after a long day.

 • Interesting topic! For me, breakfast has always been the most important meal of the day it sets the energy and mood for the whole day. I try to make it not only delicious but also healthy. It’s beneficial to add quality fats to your diet, such as Olive Oil for Weight Loss.It has a positive effect on digestion and helps maintain a healthy weight.
