  • Has anyone managed to get a response from Rebtel support about double billing? I got charged twice for an international plan, and no one seems to be responding to emails. Wondering if there’s an active phone number for their customer service.

  • It happened to me once when I switched countries and my subscription got duplicated. The automated system didn’t catch it, and emails just kept looping. I eventually found the best rebtel phone number shared on a community forum and decided to call. The rep who answered immediately understood the problem and refunded the extra charge. They also helped me reset my plan so it wouldn’t renew twice. It was much faster to fix everything by phone than waiting for a ticket reply that never came.
