Afternoon all. Heading to Norfolk in a few weekend's time and keen to get a recommendation for a hotel. Was thinking that there might be one of 'The Pig' chain there but cannot fin one. Any recommendations most appreciated.

Depends what you want - we had a lovely stay at the Victoria Inn at Holkham a few years back but it's not a five stay hotel, more a really comfortable, friendly country inn.
Burnham Market also has a few nice boutique options if you want something a bit livelier. On another trip I stayed in 4 star hotels in singapore https://www.novotel-singapore-stevens.com/ and that gave me an idea of what I like most in a hotel—comfort without being too formal.
If you can't find availability at the Pig, don't worry—there are plenty of similar boutique hotels and pub-with-rooms in Norfolk, and sometimes they're even more enjoyable because they're less branded and more local.
The idea is often to book either something near the coast (so you can get to the sea in the morning) or inland for peace and quiet. Many even combine the two: one night in the countryside and one closer to the sea.
In short, you've got a great destination, and even if the Pig doesn't work out, you're in a region where almost any decent country hotel will provide a good experience without disappointment.
Norfolk has many places that also emphasize comfort, local produce and a relaxing stay, albeit without the branding. Many are now turning to hotel programs and hyatt staff discount instead of one-time bookings. These offer access to more competitive rates and improved accommodations, which is especially relevant for those who travel frequently or combine different cities and hotels in a single trip.
