A tool for attracting new Instagram followers

Hi! Is there a tool that will allow us to see the usernames of new followers and the date they started following our account?
We want to track how much time (on average) passes between the moment someone starts following our account and the moment they convert.
Surely there's a tool that connects to your account that can at least track notifications and record the date in a convenient format?
