Hello everyone! For several months now, I have felt like I have completely lost motivation. I constantly put things off until later, even when I know that I need to do something. It's like my head is full, my thoughts are scattered, and I just can't concentrate. I have tried different methods - lists, reminders, even time management, but all this only works for a couple of days, and then it all starts over again. Has anyone encountered this? Maybe there are some apps or techniques that really help fight procrastination and the feeling of burnout? I really want to understand how to get out of this state and get my energy back for work and life.
