• Real estate agents can use Facebook advertisements for generating leads within their targeted demographics and emphasizing brand awareness. By being able to narrow their audience to the relevant demographics, interests, location, or even life events, agents can reach potential buyers, sellers, and renters through Facebook's granular targeting capabilities. A good Real Estate Facebook Ads campaign featuring the right images, persuasive copy, and a definite call-to-action can easily bring in listings, open houses, or landing pages. Agents can re-engage the user with remarketing, therefore maximizing the returns from their advertising budget by nurturing leads down the sales funnel.

 • Real estate is actually a really good niche for a blog. At the very least, it’s something people always need, and there’s always plenty of content in that field. I feel like good realtor blogs usually have a big and active audience too. My small Facebook account obviously can’t compete with that.

 • In general, you can still make money even with smaller accounts, if that’s what you mean. You definitely don’t need a massive audience, engagement, activity, traffic, and all those metrics matter more. You can also work with a website monetization platform, and for me that’s honestly the easiest option because you don’t have to look for advertisers yourself, figure out ad types, search for placement spots, and all that stuff.
