What’s been your biggest struggle—sticking to a plan, finding the right balance between diet and exercise, or dealing with plateaus? Have you tried popular diets like keto, intermittent fasting, or calorie counting? Did they work for you?

Weight loss has been a journey for me, and I’ve tried a bunch of different approaches. Personally, intermittent fasting combined with strength training has worked best—I feel more energized, and I don’t have to stress about eating every few hours. My biggest struggle was dealing with plateaus. At first, I’d get discouraged when the scale wouldn’t move, but I realized that focusing on progress beyond weight (like strength and endurance) helped me stay motivated. Also, tracking protein intake made a huge difference!
I’ve been diving into different weight loss programs lately, trying to find the one that clicks with my routine. Diets can be so overwhelming with all the conflicting information out there. I decided to give Noom a shot, and honestly, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. While I like that it takes a more holistic approach—focusing on behavior change rather than just cutting calories—I’ve had some ups and downs with the app. I’ve heard mixed things from other people too after reading some Noom reviews. Some find the daily coaching and tracking really helpful, while others feel it can get repetitive. Has anyone else tried it out and had a similar experience, or are there other programs that worked better for you?
