How do I calculate how much turf will raise my home value by?

Unfortunately there is no solid formula to calculate the how much value added to your house by using artificial grass even though the turf will definitely add values to both residential and commercial properties. Depending on the regions, home values and size of grass areas, the value added will be different. One approach to this question is to find out how much your water bill and maintenance cost for your natural grass to at least get a general idea.
