Does heavy rain affect artificial turf?

Our weather could be quite harsh on where I live, will this ruin my turf at some point?

Heavy rains won’t hurt our artificial grass at all. We design our turf with exceptional drainage capacity, most of them can drain 50-100 inches per hour! In reference to such numbers, a typical category 5 hurricane produces up to 12” per 24 hours, so our artificial turf can handle much more severe downpours than that! Another reason for us to design our artificial grass to be able to drain fast and dramatic is that we want our turf to handle dog urine in a most effective and efficient way.
