You can use any weed killers to get rid of them, or simply pull them out if there are not many. Typically, if you know that you might have weed issues, you can put a layer of weed barrier at your installation, however, looks like you have already had your turf installed so this won't be an option any more.
Again, you can use most of the weed killer products from hardware stores or home improvement centers on the weeds on your artificial grass lawn. Just be careful when using them as they are chemicals and might not be good for your health: always wear masks and gloves when applying such weed killers.

Me too. seems like weeds are immortal as they don't die! I haven't used any chemical products yet as I'm afraid the chemical will stick to the artificial grass.
You should've used the weed barrier as what Robert suggested. It will definitely help a lot in the future. Weeds are very stubborn.
