Does artificial grass go flat of used too much?

My artificial grass will be involved in a lot of traffic. Will the blades go down soon?

The artificial grass will go flat if too much traffic or usage on it, it is law of physics. It makes sense. It seems like calling your installer to brush it quarterly will be helpful and will make your artificial grass lasts longer.

What I usually do is use a plastic rake to make the grass blades stand. It works.

Everything will come to its end. It's normal if the blades of your artificial grass will flatten. You can contact your installer so they can brush it up for you.
