What I do is hose my artificial grass with just water like the normal grass and I do it once a week. It cleans easily and so far there is no unwanted odor or stains in the grass.

I agree with the previous comment. Most people have been using a vinegar and water solution but I personally do not use that as I feel like it would make my turf smell sour.

I personally use vinegar on my artificial grass. It's a pet turf so the smell doesn't easily get off if using a detergent soap. But when I use vinegar, the smell is getting off right away.

yeah, vinegar is work wonders! not only it is cheap but also a great smell removal!
