Is artificial grass harmful if swallowed?

Supposed it was swallowed by accident, is it harmful in that case?

Artificial grass never should be chewed, eaten or swallowed! The turf product itself doesn't contain any harmful ingredients in it, but people should be aware that artificial grass is essentially plastic. No one should eat or swallow plastic, it can be dangerous and harmful.

I believe there are no studies claiming it's safe or harmful but it's best if you prevent ingesting it because it's still plastic.
