Is it true that I can receive water rebate if I replace my natural lawn with artificial turf?

I live in Glendale, AZ and wanted to know if there's any rebate being offered for this

In general, for residential landscaping to replace real grass lawns with artificial grass, you can get up to $750.00 if you live in Glendale, Arizona and up to $3,000.00 per project for commercial applications.
